For internal coaches, coaching should be clearly outlined as a formal aspect of your job duties.
This requirement ensures that coaching is a significant and ongoing part of your professional responsibilities, whether you are working externally with clients or internally within an organization.
We do not require a certification with a governing body such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
