The Positive Intelligence app is the companion app for our foundational courses. The PQ app supports your Daily Focus, Recharges, and Reflections. You are also able to watch the weekly video Modules when they are released each Friday.
This is how the Positive Intelligence app appears in the App Store
Whether you are in the PQ Program or the PQ Coaching Grant program, the login steps are the same.
You will not be able to register until you've been added to your Pod or, for the PQ Program, confirmed that you are participating as an individual. This confirmation unlocks your ability to "Sign In" to the PQ app.
Once you receive your confirmation email that you're in the program, you'll be instructed to download the app.
Using your mobile device, download the PQ app using the correct link for your device.
When entering the app for the first time, you will see a new "Welcome" screen with 2 options:
- New here? – If you're new, we recommend that you take the Saboteur Assessment.
- Already done that? – If you have already completed the Saboteur Assessment or confirmed you are in a Pod or are participating as an individual, you are in the process of completing a program and should Sign In.
- Enter your email address, and choose a password for the app.
It's important to note that if you've previously taken the Saboteur Assessment, you will still need to register by creating a password for the first time after confirming how you are participating in the program (meaning with a Pod or as an individual).

If this email exists in our system, we'll send an email with a link to auto-login (on first use, the app prompts you to create a password for your account).

However, if this email doesn't exist, nothing happens. This means you are not yet confirmed for the program.

Then, follow the prompts to set up your account.
- When you sign in to the app for the first time, you will see and must accept the Terms & Conditions.
Some things to note

If you have already registered (set up an account in our database with a password), you will be asked to enter your password, and then you'll be registered for the program and signed in to the PQ app.

If you provide an email address that doesn't have a password in our database, we'll show the general text "If this email exists, we will send you sign-in details" for privacy purposes.
- Be sure to enter your email address exactly as shown on your application. Typos (such as a space after the domain) will generate an error message.
- If you haven't yet signed in and created a password, you will not be able to reset your password. If you're having problems viewing your Saboteur Assessment Results, we have troubleshooting steps for how to sign into the PQ app to view your Saboteur Assessment results.
- PQ Coaching Grant participants are encouraged to review follow these instructions to learn about your accountability group, your Pod.
It's important to note you won't lose any in-app data if you uninstall & reinstall the PQ app.
