A Pod Agreement sets your Pod up for success, with clarity around goals and commitments.
- Open and fill out the Pod Agreement
- Every member of the Pod should fill out the Pod Agreement.
- The agreement includes commitment to 100% confidentiality, daily My Pod community check-ins, and regular attendance at the weekly Pod meetings.
- The agreement also asks you to anticipate Saboteurs and challenges that might arise for you in upholding this commitment so that you can be on the lookout for them.
- Remember, the Pod is a means of practical application of what you are learning in the PQ Program.
- Challenges will arise and your Pod is a great place to practice the new skills you are learning in the program.
- If you or someone in your Pod is having a difficult time honoring the commitments, use the Sage Powers of Empathize and Explore during your Pod meeting to address the challenge openly, find a way forward, and determine how the Pod can offer support.
