The agreement includes commitment to 100% confidentiality, daily pod community check-ins, and regular attendance of the weekly meetings.
The agreement also asks you to anticipate Saboteurs and challenges that might arise for you in upholding this commitment so that you can be on the lookout for them.
If you or someone in your Pod is having a difficult time upholding the commitments, we recommend using the Sage Smpathize and Explore powers in your Pod meeting to address the challenges directly and discuss how the group might be able to convert the situation into a gift and opportunity and how the Pod can support the member.
Remember, the Pod is a means of practical application of what you are learning in the PQ Program.
Challenges will arise and your Pod is a great place to practice the new skills you are learning in the program.
