# Foundations Program vs. PQ Coaching Grant: Which Is Right for You?

## The PQ Coaching Grant program is available only to eligible coaches who are interested in learning more about how to bring the program to their clients.

**The Foundations Program** is designed as a mental fitness bootcamp, integrating weekly video sessions with daily app-guided practices to strengthen your 3 core mental fitness muscles. It is accessible for purchase on both the app store and our website for all individuals interested in participating.

**The PQ Coaching Grant Program** is exclusively offered four times a year to [eligible](https://support.positiveintelligence.com/article/241-eligibility-requirements-for-the-pq-coaching-grant-program?hsLang=en) coaches who apply. This program allows coaches to experience the Foundations Program firsthand with the goal of later introducing it to their clientele who are also interested in mental fitness training. The PQ Coaching Grant Program includes access to Live QA sessions with our PQ experts.
