After successful completion of our Foundations Program, every participant has two choices on how to proceed:

Review their program with limited access

Subscribe to the Applications program, which is completely self-paced and allows each participant to customize their own Sage journey.
In the Applications program, participants experience:
- New Daily Focus, Recharges, and Reflections
- Sage Moments in the PQ Gym
- Customized experience by selecting Themes based on specific content or Saboteur
- Ability to change your current Daily Focus (from previous ones if you want to revisit select content)
- Option to either Skip or Un-skip weekend content to be truly self-paced
- New Modules, such as Stress Management, Conflict Management & Energy/Impact Optimization modules in a new tab, with expanded information
- Working on the second accomplice Saboteur the first week.

To start the Applications Program:

Visit your Focus screen in the PQ app

Touch on "Subscribe to Applications" to continue your mental fitness journey.
- The next screen will direct you to payment options.
To customize your Applications theme:
- Select the Customize gear icon on the Focus screen
- Select Current Theme, before scrolling up or down in the Theme Selection area
- Save
