Enabling Subtitles or Closed Captions
Follow these steps to enable captions for videos in the PQ App.
Most videos in the PQ App include captions to support people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
iOS:
- When playing a video module (from inside the PQ App) on your iPhone, click the three dots icon (•••) which will show the Subtitles menu
- From there, choose "English Captions SDH"
Android:
- Open your device’s Settings
- Select Accessibility
- Go to Hearing Enhancements
- Then select Caption Preferences
- Toggle the On/Off switch to your preference
