Communities of Practice
What are Communities of Practice?
Communities of Practice are made up of PQ Coach members in good standing who align on a particular niche focus area. Take two examples: PQ for Youth and PQ for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Both are equally important and have very different focus areas.
Where do I find more information about the Communities of Practice?
Information can be found in the Learn Hub in the Communities of Practice Module. We're in the process of redesigning our CoP's & will share more information soon!
Please see our B2B session that goes into detail on this in our B2B Learning Module in the Learning Hub. If you're not finding the answer you see, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further clarification. To join a Community of Practice, please go to the Learning Hub and complete an application to join the Community of Practice of your choice. We do not recommend joining more than 2 Communities of Practice at a time.
What are the best practices for Community of Practice membership?
PQ for Youth, for example, is made up of PQ Coaches who are committed to bringing mental fitness to children under the age of 18. PQ for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) leverages mental fitness in order to eradicate racism and dismantle the systematic pillars of racism.
