PQ Coaching Grant Pod formation

  • Once accepted to the PQ Coaching Grant program, the Pod leader will create your Pod, which should include coaching friends or colleagues who you invited to the program & whose applications were approved.
  • The Pod leader will ONLY be able to add anyone whose application has been accepted (application approved) into the program.
  • A Pod Leader is only able to create a Pod when it includes at least two additional approved coaches.
    • Pod leaders are not able to form Pods with only 1 other coach. Pods of 2 can only be formed by our PQ support team, upon approval. 
  • Pod leaders should follow the link in your "Accepted! Next Steps..." email, scroll to Step 4 & click Complete Your Pod Details online.
  • It's important to note only one Pod member (Pod leader) should complete this form on your Pod's behalf.
  • Once this is completed, you can chat privately with your Pod members in the My Pod channel of the PQ Community app.
