The time required to complete the program is dependent upon your level of engagement and the speed at which you would like to complete the program.
The PQ Program is designed with some flexibility to allow participants to get the most out of their own journey.
The PQ Program is designed to help you reach your true potential. We believe that Mental Fitness is a marathon (of daily practice) not a sprint. Below are some helpful guidelines so that you can make the most out of your experience.
PQ Program:
- 1-hour long video sessions (weekly)
- 15-minute, app-guided mental exercises (daily)
- 30-minute check-in meetings with your accountability pod group (weekly) - if you are doing the program with a pod
Of course, the video content is always available for re-watching and you are also able to modify the playback speed on each video to move at a pace that is ideal for you. You can do this by clicking on the three dots at the bottom right of the video screen and choosing "playback speed".
Furthermore, we recommend spending as much time as you can doing daily PQ reps to help you improve your self command.
