Time Needed to Complete the Foundations Program

The time required to complete the program is dependent upon your level of engagement and the speed at which you would like to complete the program.

The Foundations Program is designed with some flexibility to allow participants to get the most out of their own journey. 

Foundations Program:

  • 1-hour long Weekly Module (weekly)
    • The Weekly Modules are always available for re-watching and you are also able to modify the playback speed on each video to move at a pace that is ideal for you.
    • You can do this by clicking on the three dots at the bottom right of the video screen and choosing "playback speed".
  • 15-minute, app-guided mental exercises (daily)
  • 30-minute check-in meetings with your accountability pod group (weekly) - if you are doing the program with a pod

The Foundations Program is designed to help you reach your true potential. We believe that Mental Fitness is a lifelong journey (of daily practice), not a sprint.
