The time required to complete the PQ Coaching Grant Program is dependent upon your level of engagement and the speed at which you would like to complete the program.
Our PQ Coaching Grant Program is crafted to be flexible and immerse you in our PQ operating system. We emphasize that Mental Fitness is a journey of consistent daily practice, not a quick race. To help you maximize your experience, we have outlined some valuable guidelines for you to follow.
- 1-hour long video sessions (weekly) for 7 weeks - typically watched on weekends
- 15-minute, app-guided mental exercises (daily)
- 30-minute check-in meetings with your accountability pod group (weekly) - if you are doing the program with a pod - typically held on Mondays or Tuesdays
- 1 hour Cohort Q&A Sessions (optional) held on Tuesdays
Of course, the video content is always available for re-watching and you are also able to modify the playback speed on each video to move at a pace that is ideal for you. You can do this by clicking on the three dots at the bottom right of the video screen and choosing "playback speed".
Furthermore, we recommend spending as much time as you can doing daily PQ reps to help you improve your self command.
