# Contact Support

## If you haven't found the answer in our Support Articles, you can reach out to support by beacon or email.

### Contact support by beacon

- Click on the beacon, which is the yellow icon in the lower right-hand corner of any article on this site.

- Select the type of support you need from the drop-down menu.

- From there, fill out the form questions.
- Be sure to use your registered email address.

A PQ team member will reach out within 24 hours.

### Contact support by email

Email us at [support@positiveintelligence.com](mailto:support@positiveintelligence.com), being sure to include:

- Your registered email address
- A clear description of the issue
- PQ app, program or feature involved
- Relevant screenshots or error messages
- What device you use
- PQ App version, if the issue is in-app

A member of our PQ team will respond to you within 24 hours.  

Using your registered email address helps us locate your account and respond more efficiently.
