Joining More Than One Pod
During the PQ Program and PQ Coaching Grant Program, participants may be members of only one Pod at a time.
- Staying with one Pod helps you build consistency through weekly meetings and daily check-ins.
- Prioritizing your weekly Pod meetings and daily check-ins helps focus your Pod group and ensure you're investing sufficient time for its success.
- You may discuss PQ lessons with friends or colleagues in other Pods, but you should not join or participate as a member of another Pod during the program.
- However, if you are going through the program with people you know who are in other Pods, you are welcome to discuss the material and lessons with them.
If you would like to change Pods before the start of the program:
- Those approved coaches who are added to a Pod by a Pod leader (via the online form) should reach out to the Pod leader.
- Those approved coaches who added to a PQ Neighbors Pod by the PQ team, should contact the Support team for next steps.
It's important to note that Pods can only be adjusted up to the week of the program.
After that time, Pod mates who would like to leave their current Pod will be moved to participate as individuals and given details about the PQ-Facilitated Pod meetings, instead of being added to another (or new) Pod.
A handful of participants may initially choose not to join a Pod and would rather participate individually. If they later connect with other approved individual coaches who are also seeking a Pod, they can contact Support for next steps.
PQ Coaches have different Pod options for networking outside the PQ Coaching Grant Pod experience. PQ Coaches can learn more about it in their Learning Hub.
