No Response to My Application
Follow these steps if your application did not receive an email response.
If you applied to our PQ Coaching Grant program, you should get an email response from us that we received your application and another once it is processed.
Most PQ Coaching Grant applications are processed within 24 hours.
These emails will come from shirzadc@positiveintelligence.com and will have links to your application, instructions for filling your Pod, and an outline of next steps.
If you did NOT get an email response, please follow these steps:
- Check that your inbox is not full
- Check your spam, junk, promotions and company quarantine folder - often the email will be hiding in here!
- If it is in your spam filter, please add shirzadc@positiveintelligence.com to your contact list so this will be prevented in the future.
- Check out our other article on common causes for missing notifications.
If the email is NOT found, please send an email to support@positiveintelligence.com with the following information:
- Your full name as it appears on the application
- The email address used to apply
- The date you submitted your application
- Your phone number, if you submitted one on your application
You can expect a response from our Support team within 24 hours, and often much sooner.
Please do NOT reapply. Be patient as our support team does research in our system to determine what the issue may be.
