What if I didn't get an email response to my application?

If you applied to our coaching grant program, you should get an email response from us. This email will come from shirzadc@positiveintelligence.com and will have a links to your application, instructions for filling your pod, and will outline what happens next.


If you did NOT get an email response, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your spam filter - often the email will be hiding in here!
  2. If it is in your spam filter, please add shirzadc@positiveintelligence.com to your contact list in your emails so this will be prevented in the future.
  3. If the email is not in your spam filter, please send support@positiveintelligence.com an email with the following information:

    Your full name used in the application, the email used in your application, the date you applied, and a phone number where we can reach you

  4. Please do NOT reapply
  5. Be patient as our support team does research in our system as to what the issue may be. In some cases emails are blocked and we will need to reach you by phone.
