# Logging into the PQ app before the PQ Program starts

## As soon as you receive your Welcome email for the PQ Program, you can log into the PQ app.

- Logging into the PQ app and creating a password *registers* you for your Program and begins to unlock in-app content.
- Before the program starts, you have access to the Welcome Module, can take the Saboteur Assessment, explore the Community and listen to the Positive Intelligence audio book.
- The Community and Pod area will unlock *after* completion of the Welcome Module.
- The first video Module unlocks on the Friday your Program begins.
- The app-guided exercises will not unlock until Monday *after* your Program begins. (This is by design, as the first training Module will provide more context and direction for your daily practice within the PQ App.)
