Follow the instructions below to reset your password.
Within the PQ app:- To reset your password for the PQ app, tap or click "Profile" and select the hamburger menu at the top right of your screen
- Next, select "Settings" and then "Change Password"
- Enter the email address you used to register for the program and tap or click "Send Code"
- Enter the verification code from the "Reset your Password" email from Positive Intelligence sent to your email inbox. Alternatively, you can click the "Reset My Password" button in the same email. Please check your spam or junk folders if you can't find the email
- Next, enter your new password
- Confirm your new password and tap or click "Set Password"
Outside of the PQ app, you can also reset your password by visiting the link and following the steps below:
