# Reset Your PQ App Password

## Follow the instructions below to reset your password.

**If you are signed into the PQ App:**

- Go to your "Profile" and then the Settings area (gear icon) at the top right of your screen
- Next, scroll to Security and tap change "Change Password"
- Enter the email address you used to register for the program and tap "Send Code"
- An email, "Reset your Password," will be sent from Positive Intelligence to your email inbox with a verification code
- Enter the **verification code** from the email in the "Set new password"  area in the app 
    - Alternatively, you can tap the "Reset My Password" button in the same email.
- Next, enter your new password
- Confirm your new password and tap or tap "Set Password"

**If you cannot access the PQ App:**

- You can reset your password by visiting the link below: [https://sso.positiveintelligence.com/forgot\_password](https://sso.positiveintelligence.com/forgot_password)
- <https://sso.positiveintelligence.com/forgot_password>Enter the email address you used to register for the program and tap "Send Code"
- An email, "Reset your Password," will be sent from Positive Intelligence to your email inbox with a verification code
- Enter the **verification code** on the screen. 
    - Alternatively, you can tap the "Reset My Password" button in the same email.
- Then, enter your new password
- Confirm your new password and tap "Set Password"

Please check your spam or junk folders if you don't see the email from Positive Intelligence.
