# How to Take the Saboteur Assessment and View Your Results

## The Saboteur Assessment is the first step to identifying your Saboteurs to expose their lies and discredit them.

Knowing your top Saboteurs -- the part of your mind doing you the most damage -- is the first step to reducing the harm they cause.

It takes just 5 minutes to complete the assessment, and you'll receive a full report on the makeup of your Saboteurs. 

### There are two ways to take the Saboteur Assessment

    - You'll want to the[ Download the PQ app](https://support.positiveintelligence.com/migrated/article/13-download-the-positive-intelligence-app?hsLang=en) to take your Saboteur Assessment and view the results aftewards.

- **[TAKE IT ON THE WEBSITE](https://www.positiveintelligence.com/assessments/)**  
    - You'll be redirected to the app to view your results in your confirmation email.

At the end of the assessment, you'll add your name and email address.

- You'll want to be sure to use the **same email address** for the assessment and when logging into the PQ app.
- If you already participate in a program, be sure to use the **same email address** that you registered for the Positive Intelligence app, and your report will be linked to your profile.

After clicking "**Send Me Assessment Results**," we'll automatically create an account for you and send an email with a login link to view your Saboteur Assessment results in-app.
