# Pod Definition and Impact

## Understand what a Pod is and the critical role it plays in getting the most out of the Positive Intelligence Program.

- A Pod is a small group of PQ Program participants who support one another through accountability, reflection, and encouragement.
- Research shows that individuals are 500% more likely to develop positive habits when supported by accountability partners.
- Pod members typically meet weekly.
- Pod members are expected to discuss their training progress, and they can also communicate privately within the PQ Community through My POD in the Community section of the PQ App.
