How do I change my goals in the app?

Follow the steps below to update your goals in the PQ App.

Once you open your PQ app, click on your Profile. From there, you'll see a 2 line drop-down menu in the upper right corner. Click it. Select Goals. 

You're able to edit your Goals at any time during the program from this screen.
