      Change your goals in the app

      Follow the steps below to update your goals in the PQ App.

      • Once you open your PQ App, click on your Profile
      • Next, touch the 2-line drop-down menu in the upper right corner
      • Select Goals
      • Edit your Goals at any time during the program from this screen
