After the PQ Program

• After you have completed the PQ Program, you retain review access to the PQ app and all content to the point of completion for three months.
• This allows you to re-watch the weekly videos any time and continue your work in the PQ Gym.
• After that time, you will have limited content access unless you choose to continue to the next available program. 

After the PQ Coaching Grant Program

• Access for PQ Coaching Grant participants is limited to the duration of their program period. 

• After that time, you will have limited content access unless you choose to continue to the next available program.
