Access to the PQ app content

Participants will retain access to the PQ app and all content to the point of their program completion for three months. 

• After you have completed the Foundations program, you retain access to the PQ app and all content to the point of completion for three months.
• This allows you to re-watch the weekly videos any time and continue your work in the PQ Gym.
• After that time, you will have limited access to limited content unless you choose to continue to the next available program.
