Where to view Weekly Video Sessions in the PQ App or web app.
The video sessions release at midnight on Friday, to view starting Saturday.
The Weekly Video Sessions are under Modules in the PQ app, as the images show.
- You can also watch the Weekly Video Sessions via the web app, by signing in as you would in the PQ app on your phone.
- Watching and completing the Weekly Video Sessions via the online site will sync with the PQ app as "complete" and the Rep will sync, too. This sync ensures you don't lose any progress.
