Alternative solutions for the iOS 17.5.1 issues while our team is actively working on a fix.
We've identified an issue affecting some users following the recent iOS 17.5.1 update. A small number of users are experiencing audio glitches in the daily focus and app freezing, sometimes requiring a restart.
If you or your clients are affected, we recommend two temporary solutions:
- Use the desktop version of our app.
- Uninstall the Native PQ app and access our Web App via your phone's browser at https://app.positiveintelligence.com/
We're actively working with Apple to determine the root cause and will update the app as soon as possible. We'll post in the community and on our support page when the issue is resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
