Meet Your Pod Mates: Pod Details by Program
The way you meet and communicate with your Pod depends on how you joined the Positive Intelligence Program. Find your program below for instructions.
PQ Program
If you joined the PQ Program as an individual:- You will receive an email introducing you to your Pod members the week before your program begins.
- Once you receive the introduction email, please reply all and introduce yourself to your pod and agree on a time for your weekly video meetings.
- If you do not receive the email, contact Support for assistance.
If you joined the PQ Program as part of a company:
- You may have already been placed into a Pod with your colleagues.
- Check with your company's administrator or facilitating coach for details about your Pod or confirming your meeting time.
PQ Coaching Grant program
- The Pod Leader creates a Pod for accepted participants who are coaching friends or colleagues.

PQ Coach program
- If you are participating in the PQ Coach Program, review Networking with Coach Pods for information about Coach Pod sessions, participation, scheduling, and Pod management.
- Coach Pods are separate from Pods in the Foundational Programs and may follow a different format.
