Pod Leader Transitions from Pod: Options for Remaining Pod Members

Positive Intelligence recognizes and understands that there are certain situations that may fall beyond our control during the PQ Coaching Grant program. At times, a Pod leader may need to leave the program. If that happens, these are the paths available. 

If the Pod is dissolved or no longer active

In some cases, assigned Pod leaders may advise that they are leaving the program and choose to dismantle the Pod entirely.

If the Pod is dissolved, all members who were part of that Pod will subsequently be removed from their current Pod assignment.

Any remaining Pod members who wish to continue their participation in the cohort will need to take the initiative on how they move forward.

Contact Support if you:

• are ready to take on a leadership role within a new Pod with your fellow approved coaching colleagues.

• would prefer to join a PQ Neighbors Pod.

  • This option is only available prior to the start of the program.

• would prefer to remain in the program, but participate as an individual.

The Pod is active, but the Pod leader left without further communication

In some cases, assigned Pod leaders may become unresponsive to communications or may choose to leave the program entirely without letting the group know.

When such situations occur, all members who were part of that Pod are welcome to continue with their current Pod assignment. 

Please contact Support if you:

• are not ready to continue within your current Pod - we'll move you to participate as an individual.

• would prefer to join a different, established Pod.

  • Joining an existing Pod requires confirmation from that Pod's Pod leader in order to add a new participant. Please include the Pod leader on the email to our support team with their confirmation.
